Day 1 – Classic Sunny-Side Up
- Eggs: 1

- Steps:
- Preheat pan, add butter, let foam.
- Crack egg gently into pan.
- Cook until whites fully set, yolk still runny.
- Optional: splash a teaspoon of water and cover 10–15 sec to steam tops.
- Goal: glossy yolk, fully set whites
Day 2 – Over Easy
- Eggs: 2
- Fat: ½ tbsp butter
- Heat: 3–4
- Cook Time: ~3–4 min
- Steps:
- Preheat pan and melt butter.
- Crack in two eggs gently.
- Cook until whites set, then flip carefully.
- Cook an additional 30–45 sec for over easy yolks.
- Goal: intact yolks, tender whites
Day 3 – Scrambled
- Eggs: 2
- Fat: 1 tbsp butter
- Heat: Low (2)
- Cook Time: ~3–4 min, stirring
- Steps:
- Whisk eggs until smooth.
- Melt butter on low heat.
- Pour in eggs, stir gently as they set.
- Remove just before fully cooked for soft texture.
- Goal: creamy and soft, not dry
Day 4 – Hard Boiled
- Eggs: 3
- Fat: 0 tbsp butter
- Cook Time: 9–10 minutes
- Steps:
- Place eggs in cold water, bring to boil.
- Once boiling, cover and remove from heat.
- Let sit 9–10 min, then place in cold water bath.
- Goal: tender yolk, easy peel
Day 5 – Poached
- Eggs: 2
- Fat: none
- Cook Time: 3–4 minutes
- Steps:
- Bring pot of water to gentle simmer with a splash of vinegar.
- Swirl water, gently drop in eggs.
- Cook until whites set and yolk still soft.
- Lift out gently with slotted spoon.
- Goal: soft yolk, smooth shape
Day 6 – Omelette
- Eggs: 2
- Fat: 1 tbsp butter
- Cook Time: 3–4 minutes
- Steps:
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Pour in eggs, let edges set, fold gently.
- Cook until firm but still moist inside.
- Goal: fluffy, not browned
Day 7 – Egg Sandwich
